Had a great experience with Storage Scholars this summer. The pickup and drop off process was smooth and easy to schedule, and everything came back in the same condition I left it in. Lucas Mendiola was super helpful and made the whole thing stress free. Would definitely use them again next year and recommend them to anyone at OSU who needs a simple storage solution over breaks.
John, Clint, Lucas, and Jade-la were amazing! We pulled up at Rollins College to move my daughter into her room. They cheerfully said hello and got to work, moving all of our suitcases, boxes, and bags into my daughter's dorm room! All I carried was my purse! Seeing such friendly faces making our life so much easier on such a hot day was the highlight of the morning! It set the tone for a great school year ahead!
I can't say enough good things about Storage Scholars! We have a freshman at UVM and trying to navigate the move out of the dorm room long distance could have been extremely stressful -- but not with the exceptional customer service this company offers. First, the amount of flexibility Storage Scholars offers is incredible. I couldn't get my kiddo to give me a firm number of things we needed to store...I called customer service and was told that if we needed to add additional items, we just needed to let them know prior to pick up. What?? How easy is that?? Each time I called I was stressed out -- and each time, the incredible folks answering the phone were compassionate, patient and understanding. I have to say there were two standouts in this regard: Olivia and Devine were so personable - I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my interaction with each of them...they truly talked me off the ledge when I couldn't get my child to engage! THANK YOU to Olivia, Devine, and Storage Scholars. We will use your services for years to come!

These movers were a godsend! They were so helpful and efficient at my daughter's college move-in day. Even in the sweltering heat of a Florida summer, they were good-natured and quick-moving. Great business!!!

I used storage scholars for my college move-in. It was super easy, and they were so on top of it. I would highly recommend this service. It makes move-in feel much less stressful, and everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful! I worked specifically with Kayla Frazier, and she was super communicative and helpful! I will definitely be using them again!

Rodney Lavodrama was awesome in helping me move in. Things came very quickly and there was a good line of communication. Furthermore, when I needed the things moved to a different place he came back and took it up the stairs to my room. To top things off I mentioned I didn’t know how to raise my bed and he tried for 10 min and when he couldn’t get it, came back 30 minutes later with a hammer and did it! Also, offered to help me move more of my stuff. Excellent experience and customer service.
Sadaf was very friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, and the pickup experience was smooth and stress-free. She arrived as scheduled, handled everything carefully, and made the whole storage process much easier. Highly recommend!

Fast and expedient service. Used them once before and it went very well. This time, the pick up process with Sadaf was very easy and essentially hands-free. Much more convenient than using a self storage solution.

LOVE THIS COMPANY! Neddie was very helpful, patient and kind. We moved our son from NY to FL. The process was easy!! This whole "child going off to college" is stressful enough. The price we felt was great considering we did not have to do any heavy lifting, we did not have to drive it all and schlep it from a parking lot buildings away to his dorm. We just used the boxes they supplied, shipped and it was in his room when we arrived. No multiple trips to/from the truck in the unbearable Florida summer heat.
If you have a college kid - PLEASE - do yourself a favor and use Storage Scholars. They saved our sanity with that awkward "why are we bringing all this nonsense home to turnaround and bring it BACK to campus in 3 months?" It's a genius solution for the long distance student/parent families. JUST DO IT - you will save in gas and wear and tear on your car!!!
Storage Scholars provided absolutely stellar customer service from start to finish. Every interaction was smooth, professional, and genuinely caring. I especially want to highlight Divine, who went above and beyond at every step. The entire process of moving in and out of my dorm felt very personal. I especially appreciate the attention to various points of contact (call, email, text) to ensure I received essential messaging. At the end of the day, you can really tell that customer satisfaction is their number one priority!
2025: We used Storage Scholars again this year for move out in the spring and move in for fall. Everything went perfectly, as it did last year. Delivery guys were super nice, professional and strong! Communication was clear and all items arrived in great condition. So glad we found this company. 2024: We used Storage Scholars for move out last semester and move in this semester. I am thoroughly impressed with their operation. Communication was excellent and any questions I had along the way were answered in a very timely manner , both by email and by text (thank you Nick!) . All items were delivered on time and in perfect condition by a professional and friendly team. I would not hesitate to use Storage Scholars again. It is worth every penny.
Working with Storage Scholars was great. I often emailed them on the weekend with questions and always received a quick response. We shipped boxes from TX to TN and the process could not have been easier. Their communication was excellent. We arrived on move-in day and our boxes were already waiting for us in her room. I highly recommend them!
I forgot to schedule my delivery, and Neddie at Storage Scholars was so helpful! She was able to get everything delivered to my dorm before I got there even with an early arrival, and she was so understanding and walked me through the whole thing. The process was super easy and all of my items were delivered undamaged.

Just wanted to share the great first experience I had speaking with Zach at Storage Scholars today. I signed up to use their service wanting to have boxes shipped home versus stored near my son's college for the Summer. He patiently walked me through the website experience to get this set up and answered a whole slew of questions I had as a first time customer. Highly recommend them for their customer service!

Storage Scholars made moving my items from Arizona to Michigan smooth and easy. They sent me the boxes and supplies to pack my stuff, came right to my apartment to ship it, and everything arrived to Michigan safely. This was all done at a reasonable price as well.

I have 2 daughters in 2 different schools and wound up confusing my accounts. Angel was so patient and helpful. She heard all of my concerns, worked with tech to fix them and followed up with me throughout the process . I am so relieved my freshman will be all settled and even more relieved that Angel was so kind to a stressed parent!
